Our management fees range from $39 to $89 per month on long term and starts at $120  per month for seasonal rentals. We only charge one low flat fee* to lease out your single family home, duplex, condo, or Multifamily units no matter what the unit rents for if you are using us as your management company. This offer includes an attorney prepared lease, tenant field inspection of your property by one of your highly qualified property managers before move in and after move out, and videotaping of your property before move in at no additional charge to you.

Other beneficial services that KIWI Property Management offers is our replacement of air filters on a regular basis. This has been by far the best service we offer for FREE to all of our clients no matter what type of property your investment is. One of our highly qualified staff coordinates with the tenant to exchange the air filter inside the residence every 30-45 days. This is written in our attorney prepared leases and explained to qualifying tenants before making application. This does not only help with maintaining one of the most costly appliance in your investment property but it eliminates pointing fingers between the owner and tenant if the unit breaks due to tenant negligence to replace the filter. 

We offer Direct Deposit* to our clients so that you don't have to wait at the mailbox every day to make sure you receive the check and run to the bank to deposit it. Once we receive the money we will set up the direct deposit into your account which usually takes 3 business days from the date we set up the deposit to you. So not only will you receive your money earlier but it will also save you time since you don't have to wait at the mailbox nor run to the bank and deposit it into your account. 

When it comes to repairs we can only fully coordinate up to a $250 repair per property for any given month without written permission per our management agreement. All of our handyman and contractors are licensed and insured and are monitored closely. We average around 15-25% discount for all services to all of our clients because of the relationship that we have with our preferred companies and we never mark up repair fees for our own benefit.
